Every price on this page is a genuine starting point, not a teaser number designed to get you on a call. We've built it from what our own crews actually charge for a typical facility in each size band, across every service we offer in Delhi NCR.
What changes your final number: exact area, number of washrooms and pantries (these take disproportionately longer to clean than open floor space), cleaning frequency, staffing model (dedicated vs. shared crew), and whether consumables and equipment are bundled in. None of that can be reduced to a single per-square-foot figure honestly — which is why we quote from a short site assessment rather than a calculator.
