• Restock washroom consumables (soap, tissue, hand sanitiser)

Weekly Tasks

• Vacuum carpets and upholstered seating thoroughly
• Dust vents, light fixtures, and ceiling corners
• Clean interior glass partitions and conference room glass fully
• Deep-clean pantry appliances (microwave interior, coffee machine exterior)
• Wipe down skirting boards and door frames

Monthly Tasks

• Machine-scrub or polish hard floors depending on flooring type
• Deep-clean carpets in high-traffic zones
• Clean exterior-facing windows and facade glass where accessible
• Sanitise AC vents and check for dust build-up
• Deep-clean washroom grouting and tile joints

Why the "Daily vs Deep" Split Matters

Daily cleaning keeps an office presentable. Deep cleaning is what actually controls dust, allergens, and the slow buildup that daily wiping never reaches — the top of a partition, the underside of a desk, the grout lines in a washroom floor. An office that only gets daily cleaning looks fine for visitors but accumulates a layer of grime that eventually becomes a much bigger (and more expensive) job to remove.

A Note for Delhi NCR Specifically

Dust and pollution levels in Delhi NCR are meaningfully higher than in most other Indian metros, especially between October and February. Offices here need slightly more frequent glass and vent cleaning than the same office would in a lower-pollution city — something worth building into your schedule rather than treating as an exception.
